Program Description

Coaching Below the Surface: How to Coach Across Differences and Create a Psychologically Safe Coaching Practice is a unique, future-focused program designed to equip coaches with the knowledge and tools to navigate the rapidly evolving coaching industry. 

Facilitated by experienced coaches and practitioners, we will explore key shifts in the coaching industry and how to navigate them, honing effective coaching techniques for clients from diverse backgrounds. The program emphasizes the importance of fostering psychological safety, inclusion, and belonging in your practice. 

Additionally, you will complete an in-depth assessment to evaluate these factors in your current approach and identify personal blind spots, resulting in the creation of a customized action plan for your ongoing development and coaching success.

  • Gain awareness around personal coaching blindspots and how to address them

  • Create an action plan for your personal development and coaching practice

In addition to these learning objectives, you’ll earn 16.5 Core Competency and 5.0 Resource Development hours, for a total of 21.5 ICF hours.
