LaTonya Wilkins, PCC (she/her)
LaTonya founded Change Coaches to redefine leadership with authenticity and depth—helping executives and teams lead below the surface by building trust, resilience, and thriving cultures. She’s an MBA Lecturer and coach at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and author of Leading Below the Surface.
Outside of work, she’s passionate about hiking and community impact in Chicago.
Sabrina Creighton, ACC (she/her)
Sabrina brings 15+ years in training leadership, program management, and instructional design. She’s led L&D programs at three Fortune 100 companies, helping leaders build lasting skills.
When she’s not working, she’s reading Stephen King, traveling, and singing show tunes.
Adam Smego, ACC (he/him)
Adam helps leaders unlock their potential by creating safe, honest spaces for growth. With a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, he’s committed to guiding leaders to clarity and confidence.
Adam loves serving others and helping maximize the human experience.
Dorothy P. Liu, PCC (she/her)
With 35+ years in strategy and marketing plus an MBA from Yale, Dorothy helps leaders find their voice and lead with clarity.
In her free time, she’s on muddy trails in the Pacific Northwest or making pottery.
Kelly Hoppesch (she/her)
Kelly helps founders and executives turn uncertainty into unstoppable revenue growth. She’s a dot-connector and strategist who builds momentum through custom programs delivering clear, actionable results.
Kelly is a Chicago-based dog mom who loves empowering founders and dreaming big.
Jonathan Gutierrez, ACC (he/him)
Jonathan creates grounded, supportive spaces where leaders find clarity, ease, and purpose. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering, he blends analytical insight with somatic coaching expertise.
He lives in Tucson, AZ, where he enjoys rock climbing and camping.
Elizabeth Harris (she/her)
Elizabeth leverages over a decade of administrative experience, client services, and analytical skills to drive operational excellence and support executive leadership.
After hours, Elizabeth embraces her inner homebody with cozy movies and fun music.
