For me, networking is first and foremost an opportunity to connect with people. 

I’ve had people comment that I take an “authentic approach” to networking, which made me realize that I try not to focus on surface interactions. Instead, I stay below the surface, strike up conversations, and get to know others. 

We decided that we wanted to bring this conversation to all of you in a virtual community appreciation event.
