Change Coaches were very knowledgeable and understood the audience’s responses. I appreciate LaTonya’s craft and dedication to this kind of work. She naturally allows beginners to open up and become aware of what sense of belonging could mean both inside and outside of work.

I really loved the reflection questions that were offered. They brought about some really insightful discussions and ideas. And I loved the mindfulness and visualization of belonging, getting the opportunity to share that with my colleagues was nice.Like the engagement and sharing of additional resources/leave-behinds.

I like how open Change Coaches made everyone feel (psychologically safe space perhaps?!), from every generation. Being open does tend to come easier to those of us who are younger and we can be met with a wall when it comes to the older generation, but you allowed a space where everyone felt seen and heard. I would have loved the session to be longer! And, LaTonya truly has a way of speaking to build a connection, saving space for others, and generating intriguing and collaborative conversation. I know our group would love to have you again! Thank you ever so much!
